Alison recently organised a 50th birthday and silver wedding party for us. We cannot recommend her more highly. We had booked her in to cater for a party for 50, but as the numbers rose to over 100, with great efficiency, she expanded her remit and organised a marquee, DJ and doorman to accommodate the expanding crowd.
The food was all absolutely delicious and beautifully presented and Alison’s whole team efficient and charming.
Alison herself was calm and unflappable throughout, from the initial planning stage, to setting up on the day and at the event itself. She was a delight to deal with and we would not hesitate to recommend Pink Ginger Catering.

"I used Pink Ginger Catering for a recent dinner party. Alison and I spoke about various options and she was able to come up with a wonderful selection of menu choices from which I chose the final dishes.
We had an array of delicious yet innovative salads, a beautiful baked salmon with tahini dressing and pulled lamb. The menu was well balanced, full of flavour and imaginative.
Along with a fabulous pudding of profiteroles, the evening was a great success.
I would highly recommend her services. I shall certainly be calling upon her talents again."

"I asked Alison to help me with a family lunch party for 16, including a number of children. Having panicked when I realised how many were coming of from age ranges of 4-75, I realised I needed some help with the cooking.
I contacted Alison and we discussed ideas She came up with a number of delicious options for me to choose from, as well as suggesting the correct portion sizes for the group. She was very flexible, changing things that some of the more fussy eaters might not fancy.
On the day, Alison worked brilliantly to our schedule, the food was presented beautifully (as Alison is also a food stylist for magazine shoots) and, more importantly, tasted delicious! With someone else catering, I managed to have a very relaxing lunch actually talking to people rather than racing around - I'd book Alison again without hesitation and, indeed, have recommended her to all my friends."

"Alison catered for an event that was held in aide of my husband’s charity.
We organised a “Tea & Tennis” afternoon at our local club which was attended by forty adults and almost as many children.
She presented the most delicious array of sandwiches, savoury bites and cakes and individually boxed teas for the children. The boxes included rolls, brownies, popcorn and exquisite biscuits decorated with a tennis theme. They were topped with helium balloons which made the display really stand out.
The tea itself, was delicious, plentiful and presented beautifully. Everyone remarked on how wonderful the catering was and how full they were!
A perfect afternoon all round, even the sun shone!"
