Alison Carman is the drive behind Pink Ginger, coming from a food background but not trained specifically as a chef.  She has worked for food companies large and small, developing products and recipes and has worked as a food stylist for M&S for many years–hence the focus is not only on delicious food but the visual impact it makes.  After all isn’t it said that ‘you eat with your eyes first?’

Alison holds a first class Honours degree in Nutrition so always has an eye on health and can advise on any specific dietary requirements you or your clients may have.
